I am usually available for consulting and other contract opportunities. My rates and availability vary based on time of year. I enjoy helping people with community guidelines, rules, and codes of conduct (drafting, adoption, enforcement, trainings), community governance, and grantmaking, mentorship, and outreach programs. I am skilled at communication strategy, conferences and event planning, fundraising (campaigns and grant applications), and general programs development and execution. I am also very excited to work with individuals on public speaking, conference presentations, and writing for the public.
I have expertise in community surveys and qualitative studies on community needs, happiness, and well-being. I think of community building as a design exercise and love connecting my human-centered design skills with community governance.
